Brazilian Dance! A new video workout that will make you sweat and put a smile on your face


     You circle your pelvis, shimmy your shoulders and rhythmically shake your rear ends. This is no ordinary dance workout but a new exercise dance video to a live percussion band that incorporates the rhythm and happiness of Brazilian dance.

     "This video is an effective and fun workout. It will make you sweat but will also put a smile on your face. It will definitely add motivation to a stagnant routine," says Vanessa Isaac the instructor and choreographer of the video. "We created this video to express the energy and bliss of Brazilian dance. It is a Brazilian party."

     We cannot talk about Brazilian dance without mentioning samba."The samba originated with the African slaves that came to Brazil. Actually, some studies show that the word samba, of Angolan origin, means to hop or play with overwhelming feelings of joy."

     But samba is only part of this video.
